Struggling with an annualized turnover ratio exceeding 150% in 2019, employees were disengaged and recruiting costs were becoming unmanageable. The Executive team wished to adapt a culture that made them more attractive to potential candidates.
By bringing awareness to the costs and causes challenge, we were able to get buy in from their experienced Managers and leverage that internal credibility to slowly shift culture and train Leaders how to attract and retain great talent, without sacrificing production output.
While successfully navigating a production push simultaneously, this client was able to increase retention by over 50% in the first 6 months following the start of our mandate. The client also reported that the culture and communication practices of production employees improved notably on the field.
